A judge was supposed to rule on the initial gag order he had filed in August six weeks ago, but Future’s lawyer quashed it at the last minute, extending court proceedings. Now that he has tabled another one, things should expand again. Until the gag motion is resolved, the matter cannot proceed.
You may remember recently that Eliza was promoting anti-future merchandise with T-shirts that read “1-800-DEADBEAT” written on the front. In addition, she published the results of a DNA test, revealing that her daughter and Cindy’s son are 99.9% likely to be siblings. Cindy filed a paternity lawsuit against Future in October.
