CD Projekt Red is giving gamers a chance to try out Cyberpunk 2077 for free on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S from March 28 to March 31. This trial will let players enjoy five hours of gameplay without any extra charges or subscriptions. And if you decide to buy the full game after the trial, your progress will carry over.

In other news, CD Projekt Red has brought in some seasoned developers to work on the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077, codenamed Project Orion. The development is being led by the North American arm of the company, based in Boston and Vancouver. Key members from the original game, like game director Gabriel Amatangelo, associate game director Paweł Sasko, and creative director Igor Sarzyński, have moved to North America to work on the follow-up.

Project Orion is still in the early stages of development, with about 80 people expected to be working on it by the end of the year. CD Projekt Red is currently hiring for various positions at its North American studios. Additionally, there is talk of including multiplayer elements in the Cyberpunk sequel, as hinted by joint CEO Michal Nowakowski in January.
