COD Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone

A new update for COD Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, known as Update, has recently been released. This update is accessible across all gaming platforms, as well as on PC. Players can now download this update, which introduces bug fixes, improvement updates, and patch notes for the game.   • Addressed an issue causing Camo challenges to appear multiple times during the After Action Report.
  • The issue where players were seeing Camo challenges multiple times in the After Action Report has been fixed. Now, players will only see the Camo challenges once, ensuring a better and clearer progression tracking system.
  • Selecting the Carrack .300 11K Optic Attachment will no longer unexpectedly kick the player back to the menu.
  • Players were facing a problem where selecting the Carrack .300 11K Optic Attachment would kick them back to the menu. This issue has been resolved, and players can now select the attachment without any interruptions.
  • Revised multiple Attachment descriptions to better reflect their true effects.
  • Some Attachment descriptions were not accurately describing their effects. In this update, we have revised multiple Attachment descriptions to provide players with a more accurate understanding of their effects. This will help players make informed decisions when customizing their loadouts.

  • Revised Fully Loaded challenge descriptions to clarify Attachment requirements.
  • The descriptions of the Fully Loaded challenge were not clear, making it difficult for players to understand the attachment requirements. With this update, we have revised the descriptions to provide clear and concise instructions on the attachment requirements for the challenge.

PROGRESSION

  • Broken Signal Camo for the TAQ Evolvere can now be progressed to completion.
  • Players were facing an issue where the Broken Signal Camo for the TAQ Evolvere could not be progressed to completion. This issue has been fixed, and players can now fully progress the camo.
  • Electric Shock Event challenge will now track progress as intended.
  • There was a bug that was preventing the Electric Shock Event challenge from tracking progress correctly. In this update, we have fixed the issue, and the challenge will now track progress as intended.

MODES

Supe’d Up (Limited-Time Mode)

  • Temp V abilities can now be earned more than once per life.
  • Previously, players were only able to earn Temp V abilities once per life in the Supe’d Up mode. This has been changed in this update, and players can now earn Temp V abilities multiple times per life, adding more excitement and variety to gameplay.

Adjusted columns displayed on the in-match Scoreboard.

  • We have made adjustments to the columns displayed on the in-match Scoreboard in the Supe’d Up mode. This change will provide a clearer and more organized view of player stats, including Kills, Confirms, and Denies.

Private Match

  • Adjusted several game rules to further align with the Competitive Settings v1.0 ruleset while a CDL game mode is selected.
  • In Private Match mode, we have made several adjustments to the game rules to better align with the Competitive Settings v1.0 ruleset. These changes will ensure a fair and balanced competitive environment when playing CDL game modes.

A part of this goal is to maintain a balance where Conversion Kits enhance a Weapon’s capabilities without overshadowing its original role. Based on your feedback and a review of recently released Aftermarket Parts, we’ve implemented significant changes for you to experience today. Looking ahead, we’ve refined our approach to balancing Aftermarket Parts to ensure they’re powerful, worth the grind, and most importantly, fun!

  • The Holger 556 with the JAK Signal Burst Conversion Kit has been adjusted to improve its performance. The changes aim to reduce recoil, making it easier for players to control their shots. Additionally, the burst fire delay has been decreased, allowing for quicker follow-up bursts, improving overall effectiveness.

  • Decreased bullets required to reach maximum rate of fire from 25 to 15 (-40%).
  • The Sidewinder with the JAK Thunder LMG Kit has received a significant change to improve its rate of fire. The number of bullets required to reach the maximum rate of fire has been decreased, allowing players to achieve maximum damage potential faster.

  • Decreased maximum damage range from 16.5m to 14m (-15%).
  • Decreased near-medium damage range from 22.9m to 20.3m (-11%).
  • Decreased medium damage range from 38.1m to 35.6m (-7%).
  • Increased headshot damage multiplier from 1.2x to 1.3x (+8%).
  • Decreased lower-torso damage multiplier from 1.1x to 1x (-9%).
  • Decreased lower-arm damage multiplier from 1.1x to 1x (-9%).
  • Decreased hand damage multiplier from 1.1x to 1x (-9%).
  • Increased upper-leg damage multiplier from 0.9x to 1x (+11%).

  • The AMR9 Submachine Gun has undergone various changes to improve its balance and performance. The maximum, near-medium, and medium damage ranges have been decreased, making it less effective at longer ranges. However, the headshot damage multiplier has been increased, incentivizing accurate aiming. Additionally, the rate of fire has been increased, providing a slight boost to its overall performance.

  • Overhauled firing mechanism to simultaneously fire two bullets per shot.
    Added locational damage multipliers.

  • The JAK Ettin Double Barrel Kit has been completely reworked to enhance its functionality. Now, instead of a 2-round burst, the firing mechanism has been overhauled to simultaneously fire two bullets per shot, significantly improving its time-to-kill. Furthermore, the aim down sight spread has been greatly reduced, making it more effective in close to mid-range engagements where the Ettin is intended to shine. Additionally, the hipfire spread penalty has been reduced, allowing for better accuracy when firing from the hip.

JAK Headhunter Carbine Conversion

  • Decreased maximum damage from 30 to 26 (-13%).
  • Decreased medium damage from 29 to 24 (-17%).
  • Decreased minimum damage from 25 to 22 (-12%).
  • Increased headshot damage multiplier from 1.3x to 2x (+54%).
  • Increased neck damage multiplier from 1.1x to 1.5x (+36%).
  • Increased upper-torso damage multiplier from 1.1x to 1.5x (+36%).
  • Decreased burst fire delay from 80ms to 66ms (-18%).
  • Decreased sprint to fire penalty by 10%.
  • Decreased aim down sight time penalty by 7%.
  • Decreased hipfire spread penalty by 20%.
  • The Rival-9 with the JAK Headhunter Carbine Conversion has undergone significant changes to improve its performance. The damage values have been adjusted, with decreased maximum, medium, and minimum damage, but increased headshot, neck, and upper-torso damage multipliers. The burst fire delay has also been decreased, allowing for quicker bursts. Furthermore, the sprint to fire penalty, aim down sight time penalty, and hipfire spread penalty have all been reduced, providing better overall handling.

The gun kick control and recoil control benefits have been increased, making it easier for players to handle. Additionally, the burst fire delay has been decreased, allowing for quicker follow-up bursts.

EQUIPMENT

Breacher Drone (Lethal)

  • Detonation upon impact within 5m will now occur with a decreased detection radius.
  • The Breacher Drone was facing an issue where it couldn’t detonate upon impact with a player within the initial 5 meters of its flight. This issue has been fixed, and now the drone can detonate within this range with a reduced detection radius. This change addresses reports of the drone “passing through” enemies and ensures that the drone functions as intended.

Warlord Randomization

  • Dokkaebi’s week-long spotlight has ended, and now a random Warlord will be selected at the start of each match. Players can view which Warlord is active via the Tac Map. Plan accordingly! Players can also progress the Act 3 Mission ‘Storm the Castle’ by eliminating any Warlord when this mission is active.
  • After Dokkaebi’s week-long spotlight, a random Warlord will now be selected at the beginning of each match in the Warlords mode. Players can see which Warlord is active on the Tac Map and can plan their strategies accordingly. Additionally, players can make progress on the Act 3 Mission ‘Storm the Castle’ by eliminating any Warlord when this mission is active.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue that would cause players to encounter an error while attempting to open the Custom Loadout Menu of a Loadout Drop.
