On the way to redemption
What a long way since the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 in 2020. After years of teasing, CD Projekt RED’s software has largely disappointed, even revolted, the players who were waiting for it. THE fans of studio reproached him at the time for not having kept his promises. There version PC struggled to hold up and the PS4 and Xbox One versions were simply unplayable.
After these difficult beginnings, CD Projekt RED undertook a long way of the cross to be forgiven and once again conquer the hearts of players. Adding content, improving performance, extending the universe with the Edgerunners animation series… great means have been used to restore the image of the software, a tedious job, but nevertheless paying off since, when update 1.5 is releasedmany players returned to Night City and ended up being convinced by the Cyberpunk 2077 proposal. Today, the title reaches a new milestone.
Growing popularity
As the game turns three this year, along with the arrival of son extension Phantom Liberty scheduled for next September, Cyberpunk 2077 has just passed a new stage which confirms all the good that theon think of the game. On Steam, the CP77 page receives more than 80% of very positive opinions, for more than 500,000 opinions shared. So very good.
