Monster Abilities and Elite Affixes
Diablo 4 update 1.1.3 brings about significant changes to Monster Abilities and Elite Affixes that affect Crowd Control effects. For instance, Chilling Wind will now generate overlapping walls less frequently, making it easier for players to evade. The Cold Goatman Ice Pillars now have an increased cooldown, and the duration of the Stun ability from the Nangari Snake Eyes has been reduced to 1.25 seconds. Gameplay Updates
