WWE 2K25: Dunk and Destruction Pack Lands Soon
WWE 2K25 fans are buzzing with excitement as the release of the highly anticipated Dunk and Destruction Pack approaches. Dropping on June 25, this major DLC pack will be available across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, and promises to shake up the gaming experience significantly.
As the title hints, the pack introduces five new characters, including three fan-favorite NBA stars. One of the standout additions is the iconic Shaquille O’Neal, a renowned basketball legend and a massive wrestling aficionado. Shaq has made several appearances in both WWE and AEW, famously participating in the Andre The Giant Battle Royale.
Joining Shaq are budding stars Tyrese Haliburton and Jalen Brunson, though details are still murky regarding Brunson’s availability. Luckily for wrestling purists, the DLC doesn’t stop at NBA players; it also brings in two formidable pro wrestlers: The Great Khali and Abyss, a former TNA mainstay who now serves as a WWE producer.

Following Dunk and Destruction, fans can expect the Fearless Pack in July, the Attitude Era Pack in September, and the Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack in November. Highly sought-after characters like Road Dogg, Billy Gunn, Mark Henry, Sid Justice, Junkyard Dog, and Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura are among those confirmed for future releases.
WWE 2K25 isn’t just about new characters; it also introduces a Bloodline-themed Showcase mode, allowing players to relive iconic matches and moments tied to this legendary faction. Alongside returning mechanics like chain wrestling and Underground match types, players will also experience barricade diving for an adrenaline-pumping gameplay twist.
The MyGM mode has gone global, adding online multiplayer and seasonal content that expands beyond the traditional framework. Moreover, WWE Universe mode enriches the experience with commentary-driven promos that feature new cutscenes and branching choices with multiple outcomes, making each playthrough unique.
