Monster Hunter Wilds Unleashes Major Title Update

Capcom just rolled out a game-changing Title Update for Monster Hunter Wilds on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and fans are buzzing with excitement. This free update brings a wave of changes, particularly aimed at reshaping the game’s image on Steam, where reviews have been mixed.

Among the thrilling new features are the ferocious monsters Lagiacrus and Seregios. To hunt these beasts, players need to reach Hunter Rank (HR) 31 and complete the main mission “A World Turned Upside Down.” Get ready for some epic battles!

  • Seregios follows the same unlock pattern, also available in an extra mission for HR 31 players.
  • Tempered Seregios can be battled at HR 41+ post-mission.

Player Enhancements

This update isn’t just about monsters. New equipment, skills, pendants, and stickers have been added, plus fresh voice lines, poses, and gestures to make gameplay more enjoyable. Want to stand out? Layered weapon functionality has now been introduced for both hunters and Palicos.

Base Updates

Quality of life improvements include item boxes outside of hunter tents in base camps and the Grand Hub. Want a new handler? Players can now swap between Alma and Erik once they’ve completed the Lagiacrus mission.
