Today we welcome players back to the ranks of the Noble team Halo: range officially joins Halo: The Master Chief Collection with Xbox Game Pass and for Xbox One, Windows 10 PC and Steam. Since we announced Halo: Reach and the rest of Halo: the Master Chief Collection is coming to the PC, we are very happy with the response and collaboration from the community and are excited that the game is now available to play in stunning 4K, more than nine years after the original launch. Some of you have been closely involved in the realization of this launch and we hope that you will continue to be involved in our Halo Insider program, making it the best Halo experience on PC!

PC: The Game You Love, built for PC
The Master Chief saga on PC is equipped with new functions, optimisations and adjustments that are built for the platform. Halo: Range looks better and plays better than ever at 60 frames per second (or more) with 4K UHD support, and players can refine their experience with a wide range of options, including variable frame rate, the ability to reset mouse rebuild / keyboard control, texture / shadow quality and more.
Players have a number of different options for obtaining Halo: Reach depending on their chosen platform:
- Xbox Game Pass – Join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) and receive Halo: Reach, the first chapter in Halo: The Master Chief Collection, today .alo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST (campaign) and Halo 4 are also included in your membership and will be available on the respective release date of each game, completing the collection in 2020.
- Microsoft Store and Steam – The Halo: The Master Chief Collection bundle is available today for $ 39.99 USD, including Halo: Reach and will be automatically updated with the remaining titles as soon as they are launched next year. Halo: Reach and the remaining titles within Halo: The Master Chief Collection for PC can also be purchased separately for $ 9.99 USD, except for Halo 3: ODST campaign that can be purchased for $ 4.99 USD.
Xbox One: improved, updated and better than ever
For existing Halo: The Master Chief Collection owners on Xbox One, the Halo: Reach campaign, along with Firefight mode, is now available as a premium add-on for $ 9.99 USD. The multiplayer components of Halo: Reach – including PVP modes, Forge and Theater – are automatically included as part of the basic content offering from Halo: The Master Chief Collection at no extra cost through a game update available today. If Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One is new to you, you can get the entire updated and improved collection with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or with Xbox Game Pass for console, or purchase it from the Microsoft Store for $ 39.99.

While the Halo: Reach team is launching today, we are already working on the framework and are planning to launch the public PC launch for the next PC release – Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary – early 2020.
