Hitman Co-op Experience Will Change How You Play Together

IO Interactive Unveils New Hitman Co-Op Experience

IO Interactive just dropped a bombshell on the gaming community! During a showcase in Los Angeles, it announced an exciting new co-op mode for the Hitman franchise, titled Stone & Knight. This fresh take will allow players to team up as Stone and Knight, characters that fans may recognize from the Hitman Sniper co-op mode.

According to IO, this experience is designed to challenge your gameplay strategies. “You’re going to play as a duo,” the team said, indicating that working together will transform how missions are approached and tackled. While they emphasize it’s still early days, anticipation is running high for more updates.

What’s New Beyond Co-Op?

This co-op announcement isn’t the only news making waves. At the Summer Game Fest live event, IO Interactive revealed that Le Chiffre, the iconic character from Casino Royale, is making a return as an elusive target in Hitman. Voiced once again by Mads Mikkelsen, who portrayed him in the 2006 film, fans are eager to face this thrilling challenge.

In a surprising twist, IO Interactive and Build A Rocket Boy confirmed that Agent 47 will feature in a post-launch mission for MindsEye. This collaboration is set to release this July, utilizing Build A Rocket Boy’s Game Creation System. This tool opens up new possibilities, allowing players to craft custom gaming experiences.
