The Fortnite server status page indicates that downtime may last for up to 5 hours, starting from 6am UTC and concluding around 11am UTC. For fans in the UK, that’s a window of 7am BST to 12pm BST.

“Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary,” states the status page, keeping players in the loop.

Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 4 drops on August 7 for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo consoles, mobile, and PC. But before players can dive into all the exciting new content, they’ll need to wait for downtime to end.

In UK time, Fortnite will be fully offline starting at 7am BST, while matchmaking will be disabled from 6:30am. Although Epic hasn’t disclosed an exact end time, maintenance typically wraps up in 2-3 hours.
