- Fixed a problem that prevented Bringer of Stillness from spawning properly when striking the Umbral statues in Fief of the Chill Curse.
- Fixed an issue where players did not take poison damage from Blessed Carrion Knight’s grab attack.
UI Improvements
- Fixed an issue where damage numbers were displayed incorrectly in the cutscene with the Sundered Monarch.
- Resolved a problem where the soundtrack list in the Original Soundtrack could infinitely scroll after selecting “shuffle” or “next track”.
- Fixed an issue where Stigma subtitles were incorrectly displayed in 3D photomode.
- Fixed a bug in the equipment menu where the comparison panels could get stuck when switching tabs or using the Unequip button.
- Addressed a problem that allowed players to warp to different vestiges with a short press without holding down the teleport button if they had more than 12 Vestiges unlocked.
Quest Fixes
- Fixed a bug that stopped sound from playing if players left to the main menu after triggering the sound puzzle.
- Resolved an issue where the lit braziers of the sound puzzle in Depths would be extinguished if the player rested or quit to the main menu.
Audio Fixes
- Fixed an issue where death music would end abruptly during boss battles.
- Resolved a sound problem where a mechanical sound effect played when using an Enhanced Rhogar Oil Flask on Proselyte.
Item Fixes
- Fixed a bug that prevented players from receiving a Saintly Quintessence upon pickup in Revelation Depths.
- Resolved an issue where Umbral mines created by the “Pendant of Parting” effect did not damage enemies.
Boss Fixes
- Fixed a rare multiplayer issue where Pieta could become invulnerable after killing a co-op partner with a specific skill.
- Resolved a problem where players could spawn inside Holy Bulwark Otto’s boss arena without triggering the encounter when reloading the game near the moth wall.

- Fixed a visual glitch where enemy hit effects spawned incorrectly on the player’s location when using ranged weapons.
