A new update for Palworld, known as Update 0.1.1.3, has recently been released. This update is accessible across all gaming platforms, as well as on PC. Players can now download this update, which introduces bug fixes, improvement updates, and patch notes for the game. It is worth noting that the file size of this update may differ depending on the gaming platform being used.

Palworld Update 0.1.1.3: Detailed Patch Notes and Game Updates

Major Fixes:

  • Game Crashing: We have fixed an issue where the game would crash under certain conditions, ensuring a more stable gameplay experience for players.
  • Unintended Captures: An issue was resolved where, if another player’s pal/base pal had HP 30% or less, it could be captured by using a sphere. This fix prevents unintended captures, ensuring fair gameplay.
  • Enemy Pals Stuck in Walls: We have addressed a problem where enemy pals would get stuck in walls due to charge attacks. This fix ensures smooth combat encounters without any disruptions.
  • Avoiding Data Corruption: Earlier, the game would crash and save data would be corrupted when the guild’s total number of pals captured reached around 7000. With the first fix in place, the game will no longer crash, and save data exceeding 7000 objects will not be affected. We are actively working on a permanent solution for already affected save data.

Key Configuration:

  • Expanded Peripheral Support: The key configuration has been updated to include support for mouse side keys and the numeric keypad on keyboards. These additions offer players more flexibility and customization options.
Note: Further improvements, such as support for interact key configuration, are planned for future updates.

Player Issues:

  • Double Damage Bug: Players on dedicated servers and co-op (online) were previously receiving damage twice. This has been fixed, providing players with accurate damage feedback and ensuring a fair gameplay experience.
  • Weight Limit Enhancements: We have changed the specifications so that players can now move at extremely low speeds even when they have exceeded the weight limit. This change allows players to navigate more efficiently, even with heavy cargo.
  • Wall Displacement: Previously, players would pass through walls when dismounting. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring a more immersive and realistic gameplay experience.
  • Lifmunk Effigy Fix: An issue pertaining to the strengthening of capture power by Lifmunk Effigies was addressed. Previously, using memory reset drugs would reset this boost, but now it works as intended, providing consistent gameplay mechanics.
  • Armor Equipment: We have fixed an issue where armor could be equipped in the wrong slot, ensuring accurate equipment placement and improved gameplay balance.
  • Camera Adjustments: The camera positions of several Pals have been adjusted to make it easier for players to see when mounted, enhancing the overall visual experience.

Base Issues:

  • Breeding Farm Adjustments: When manually assigning Pals to a breeding farm, they will no longer become hungry, and their manual assignments will not be removed. This change allows for more efficient breeding management within the player’s base.
  • Pal Lifting Key Change: To prevent accidents, the key to lift Pals has been changed from F to V (Pad: X to Y). This modification ensures smoother and safer interaction with Pals.
  • Fire Spreading: The speed and range of fire spreading on wooden buildings have been reduced, minimizing potential damage to the player’s base and enhancing gameplay balance.
  • Work Assignment Issues: An issue preventing manual work assignments under certain circumstances has been fixed, enabling players to assign tasks effectively and manage their base efficiently.
  • Raid Adjustments: Previously, extremely high-level Relaxaurus would attack the player’s base during raids. This issue has been resolved, providing a fairer challenge during raids.
  • Base Pal Stuck Prevention: Several measures have been implemented to prevent base Pals from getting stuck, ensuring smooth movement and interactions within the player’s base.
  • Item Transport Bug Fix: An issue where Pals would get stuck while transporting items and drop them on the spot has been fixed, allowing for seamless movement and item handling.
  • Tree Cutting Fix: Pals at the base would previously continue to cut down trees that were already cut. This redundant behavior has now been rectified, improving AI efficiency and gameplay immersion.
  • Falling Damage Resolution: Pals at the base were experiencing unexplained falling damage, resulting in near-death situations. This issue has been fixed, ensuring the well-being of Pals within the player’s base.
  • Floating Pal Fix: Pals at the base were occasionally floating under certain conditions. We have resolved this issue, providing a visually polished and consistent gameplay experience.
  • Floor Limitation for Farming: If a farm was built on the second floor or above, work pals would be unable to move on the floors below. This limitation has been removed, allowing for more flexible base design and farming practices.

Other Fixes:

  • Language Correction: We have corrected any incorrect text found in the game, improving overall clarity and localization quality.
  • Anti-Cheat Measures: Measures have been added to prevent cheating and stealing other players’ Pals, ensuring a fair and secure multiplayer experience.
  • Minor Improvements: Numerous minor fixes and improvements have been implemented, including the addition of a UI key guide. These updates address small issues and enhance the overall gameplay experience by improving usability and addressing any minor bugs.

We hope that these comprehensive fixes and updates in Palworld Update 0.1.1.3 provide players with a more stable and enjoyable gaming experience. We are committed to continuously improving the game and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure that Palworld remains a fun and immersive world for players to explore and enjoy.
