Great news for gaming fans! Panic has just announced that its Playdate handheld is back in stock and available for purchase for a limited time. The Playdate, which launched in April 2022, has already sold an impressive 70,000 units, up from the 53,000 reported in its first year of availability.

But that’s not all – Panic is now shipping the console to 22 additional countries, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, and more. This means more gamers around the world will have access to the Playdate.

If you’re in the US, you can expect your Playdate to arrive in about a week, while international orders will take two to four weeks. Keep in mind that the price of the Playdate has increased by $20 to $199 due to rising manufacturing costs, but it’s still packed with great features and a growing library of games.

Speaking of games, Panic has also launched an on-device digital store for the Playdate called ‘Catalog’, which now boasts over 120 titles. Plus, they have plans to host a digital showcase for upcoming Playdate software in the near future, so there’s a lot to look forward to for Playdate owners.

So, if you’ve been waiting to get your hands on a Playdate, now’s the time to act before it’s gone again. Don’t miss out on this exciting gaming device!
