CHANGES AND UPDATES
Changes to Demolition Audio
Enhanced Audio Differentiation:
- To provide clearer in-game audio feedback, we’ve added an audible ping to the explosion sound when an opponent demolishes one of your teammates. This helps players quickly distinguish between different types of demolitions.
Volume Control:
- The new audio cue’s volume can be adjusted through the Gameplay slider located under Settings -> Audio.
Unaltered Audio for Player Demolitions:
- The existing audio for instances when you or a teammate demolishes an opponent remains unchanged.
Timestamps in Chat
Timestamp Integration:
- Text Chat and Quick Chats across all online and offline matches will now display timestamps. This feature aims to improve communication clarity, ensuring players can accurately track the timing of messages and commands.
Match Type Synchronization:
Timestamps will follow the in-game timer format:
- Soccar: Descending time.
- Knockout: Ascending time.
- Overtime: Always shows ascending time.
Limited Time Modes in Private Matches
New Mode Options:
- Responding to community feedback, we’ve added various Limited Time Modes that can now be enjoyed in Private Matches, Offline Matches, and Custom Tournaments. These modes include:
- Beach Ball
- Boomer Ball
- Demolition
- Dropshot Rumble (exclusive to Core 707)
- Eggstra Special Mode
- G-Force Frenzy
- Gridiron (exclusive to Champions Field (NFL))
- Moonball
- Pinball
- Speed Demon
- Spike Rush
- Super Cube
Mutator Settings Categorization:
- Mutators are now sorted into three categories — Match, Game, and Ball — providing better customization options. Note that some mutators may not be available for certain game modes.
Changes to Item Shop Bundles
Dynamic Pricing for Bundles
- We’ve made significant improvements to how bundles are sold in the Item Shop to ensure players receive fair pricing:
Partial Bundle Purchases:
- If you already own certain items within a bundle, the purchase price will be reduced by the cost of those items you already own.
Discounted Bundles:
- For bundles sold at a discounted price, the full price of your owned items will be deducted until the minimum price for the bundle is achieved.
Owned Items Display:
- Items you’ve already purchased will show as “owned,” and you will not be able to repurchase them.
Note:
- These changes apply only to bundles bought with in-game Credits, and not to those sold for real-world currency.
