Starfield

A new update for Starfield, known as Update 1.11.36, has recently been released. This update is accessible across all gaming platforms, as well as on PC. Players can now download this update, which introduces bug fixes, improvement updates, and patch notes for the game. It is worth noting that the file size of this update may differ depending on the gaming platform being used.

Highlights and Key Updates

Improved Surface Maps

  • In response to player feedback, we’ve significantly enhanced the surface maps, ensuring that navigation in the game is more intuitive. Now, you’ll always know exactly where to go, whether it’s visiting your in-game parents (who’ll appreciate fewer excuses) or exploring the vast landscapes.

New Gameplay Options

  • Experience greater customization with our newly added gameplay options in the Settings menu. Players who seek a tailored challenge or a more relaxed gameplay session can now adjust the difficulty of ground combat and ship combat independently, making the game feel just right for any playstyle.

Ship Decoration Mode for Interiors

  • Ship interiors can now be decorated similarly to Outposts. Channel your creativity and personalize your ship’s interior to match your aesthetic preferences, enhancing your immersive experience.

Enhanced Inventory Management

  • Managing your inventory just got easier with the new tabs added to container menus. This addition streamlines your item sorting and access, allowing for a more organized gameplay experience.

Adjustments to Traits and Appearance

  • We’ve added the ability to change your character’s traits and appearance post-entry into the Unity. Now, you have the freedom to revisit and tweak how your character looks or behaves

Dialogue Camera Toggle

  • A new dialogue camera toggle option has been added to your Settings. This feature allows players to switch perspectives during conversations, providing a more personalized and cinematic experience.

Display Settings for Xbox Series X

  • Xbox Series X players now have the option to prioritize visuals or performance, adjust the frame rate target, and toggle VSync to enhance their gaming experience. We highly recommend a Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) display running at 120Hz for optimal results. Here are the new settings:

1. Frame Rate Target: Choose from 30, 40, 60, or an uncapped frame rate on VRR displays. Non-VRR displays can select between 30 and 60.

2. Prioritize Visuals or Performance: Depending on your frame rate target, you can prioritize visuals or performance. Prioritizing visuals will maintain high resolution and detail, while prioritizing performance lowers resolution to ensure smoother gameplay.

3. VSync Toggle: Toggle VSync on or off. Turning VSync off may result in screen tearing but offers a higher frame rate, while keeping it on synchronizes the frame rate with the monitor’s refresh rate, preventing screen tearing.
