The Animal Crossing booth is among the first things I saw when I went into the PAX East exposition hall on Thursday early morning. The vibrant campground is plucked directly from the videogame Island visitors– in this case, PAX East participants– were dangling fishing rod from the bridge. Others positioned with round fruit hanging from Animal Crossing’s stout trees. A couple of individuals had fun with tools established at a crafting bench as a radiant blue waterfall dripped close by.
