Hailey Baldwin has joined the long list of artists and artists who do not like social media. Earlier this week, Us Magazine says, Hailey has criticized social media for being “toxic,” following rumors that she is in conflict with pop star Selena Gomez.
Speaking to British Vogue journalists on December 4, the 23-year-old journalist said that social media is a “breeding ground for toxicity” and for people who like to create problems among other influencers. In addition, she described this as a platform where people try to make women compete.
As already reported, the 27-year-old singer has just released a new song called “Lose You To Love Me” in October. It was a song that people on social media thought they were all about Selena’s ex-boyfriend, Justin, and his new wife, Hailey.
After the release of the song, Hailey posted a screenshot on his Instagram story, titled “I’ll Kill You,” written by Summer Walker and Jhené Aiko. People thought it had something to do with Selena’s new song.
On October 23rd, Drop the Mic’s co-host denied rumors that she posted the song on her GI platform in order to say something to Selena. A source who spoke with us Magazine, however, said that Selena’s song was more about Justin, but not completely.
It seems that Hailey told the truth when she said there was no problem between her and Selena. Earlier this year, in November, just before the American Music Awards, Hailey liked an Instagram video of Gomez showing his look just before going on stage.
Another insider who spoke with us alleged that Hailey did not think that Gomez was in conflict. In addition, she was not worried about the release of the song either, because frankly, artists create all kinds of songs, with all kinds of meanings.
As previously reported, Gomez and Justin spent several years intermittently from 2011 to 2018. The couple was married in September 2018 in a New York court.
