Nine months after her marriage split, Helen Skelton, a 39-year-old TV presenter, has spoken out on how she deals with her busy work commitments. The Countryfile presenter and Strictly Come Dancing contestant shocked fans when she announced her separation from ex-husband Richie Myler in April 2020.
Skelton says she has become efficient in saying “no” to things and is better at knowing what to prioritize in her life. She also has learned to delegate and not worry about trying to keep everyone happy. She is currently travelling across the UK with her Strictly co-stars for the live tour and has said that the tour is “fun” compared to the TV show as there is less “pressure”.
