Hillary Duff is officially married. This Saturday, the young 32-year-old actress made the link with her fiancé, Matthew Koma, during an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles, according to a People Magazine report. An insider who spoke to people said that the ceremony started at sunset and that they were married inside the house.
The backyard hosted the reception of the white tent and the guest list was mainly made up of very close friends and family. In May, Duff announced that she would marry the 32-year-old artist. Duff turned to his IG to reveal the news.
Lizzie McGuire’s alum captioned a snapshot of her stating that Koma had asked her to be his wife. Towards the end of 2017, Duff explained what it was like to meet again for the third time with Mr. Koma, saying that the timing had played a huge role.
Last year, in June, the duo confirmed that they are also preparing to have their first baby as a couple. At the time, Duff checked his social media account to reveal that she and Matthew were expecting a baby girl, who would be their first.
Hillary and Koma had Banks Violet Blair together in October of last year. Hillary and Mike Comrie, her ex-husband who she divorced in 2016, have a 7-year-old child named Luca.
Fans of the couple know that Duff has Koma’s thick and thin back. Earlier this year, Koma took advantage of his social media account to accuse his former collaborator, Zedd, of control and violence, among other allegations.
Koma, in a long post on Instagram, wrote that Zedd had taken credit for songs, many of which were written by him. Additionally, Koma accused Zedd of being the type of person who left fame and success in his head.
On social media, Koma’s partner Duff supported him and said that she was so proud of him for telling his version of the story. The DJ later responded to the accusations and said it was not true; he gave Koma credit where it was due.
