Former football manager Harry Redknapp was questioned about Royal Ascot and his love of horse racing when he joined Kirsty Gallacher, Darren McCaffrey and Nana Akua for The Great British Breakfast on GB News. The ex-West Ham United manager cheekily admitted his wife Sandra Redknapp was unaware of some of his most treasured possessions.
The 74-year-old explained that he always enjoyed attending the Royal Ascot meetings.
However, the former professional footballer slipped up as he revealed his other half is unaware that he has purchased more than one horse over the years.
Harry admitted he hoped his wife was not tuning into GB News at that moment.
“I’ve got 10 horses. Sandra thinks I’ve only got one. I hope she’s not listening,” Harry chuckled.

Harry admitted he was unsure how effective the stance was in tackling racism.
He commented: “I just wonder how long we keep going with it for.
“Like most of us, we’re totally against any form of racism. I just don’t know now if we’ve made the point. How much longer do we go on with it?”
