HSBC rules out the rise in US interest rates in the short term

The HSBC group has ruled out that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates soon, pointing out that the time is not yet right to do so.

The group’s bond director said the Fed is unlikely to raise interest rates, pointing out that the year 2023 is considered an imminent and inappropriate time for this.

The Federal Reserve had hinted in its last meeting that it will begin easing its buying program asset as well as starting a gradual rate hike later this year, as disappointing August employment data put new pressure on the Fed’s upcoming plans.
