On Monday, Iranian media reported that Iran had broken the world record for planting 100,000 trees in the shortest amount of time.
According to the Tasnim news agency, so many trees were planted yesterday, Sunday, in 418 districts of Iran in just 19 minutes and 43 seconds with the participation of the Natural Resources Organization and the Iranian Red Crescent.
Representatives of the Guinness Foundation oversaw this process before it was listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
