The Israeli Air Force has resumed its exercises to carry out a possible military attack on Iranian nuclear sites, two years after the suspension of such exercises, according to reports published by “Channel 12” and the site “Times” of Israel “.

Reports indicated that the head of the Israeli army, Aviv Kohavi, has ordered funding for this step, which comes against the backdrop of the US’s faltering efforts to bring Tehran back to the negotiating table for a new nuclear deal.

According to reports, Israel, and possibly Washington as well, understand that a military plan must be provided in the case in diplomacy fails and it will be difficult to persuade Iran to negotiate without a viable military option.

Earlier, Israeli Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman said confrontation with Iran was only a matter of time, “not long”.
