In return, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated: “Israel will not tolerate any Iranian military positioning in Syria that is intended to endanger Israel’s security, and will not compromise on the development of high-precision missiles, be it in Syria or Lebanon.”

Netanyahu said: “There are those who threaten to pay us a painful price in a confrontation, and when these threats materialize, our response will be ten fold.”

It is noteworthy that in recent months there has been an increase in air strikes in Syria, targeting locations of the Iranian regime troops and militias, while Israel seldom accepts these attacks, but often emphasizes and repeats that it will not allow an Iranian position in Syria, that threatens his security.
