Italy loses Immobile’s efforts against England

Berlin: Ciro Immobile entered the Italian football team’s injury list, before facing the English national team later on Friday in the European Nations League. The Lazio forward suffered a muscle injury and was excluded from the squad for the match that will be played at the San Siro stadium. Midfielder Sandro Tonali left the field of the Italian national team on match day, as he did not recover from his injury. Roberto Mancini, coach of the Italian national team, is missing players such as Marco Verratti, Matteo Politano, Lorenzo Pellegrini and David Calabria. The Italian national team remains a contender for the qualification for the finals of the European Nations League, if it were in head to the group. England are last in Group C, and will be relegated from the first tier if they lose today’s match. (Exhibition DBA / Statistics)
