Bolsonaro will still have to answer accusations of crimes against humanity, incentive to commit crimes and “charlatanism” over his treatment of the pandemic.
The final document is expected to be officially presented in the Brazilian Senate on Wednesday and voted on next week.

“She want to accuse me of genocide. Tell me now in which country people not dead? This CPI is not credible,” Bolsonaro said.
He also then said he was “sorry about the” dead, but people who were healthy had little chance of dying.”
