The actress was honest about her eating disorder, which of course was a horrible time in her life. Jameela Jamil is very frank about body image, so it makes sense that she talks about it openly, but she seemed more honest and open than ever!
The actor from Good Place went on social media to share a photo of her in September 2009 and told her subscribers that she suffered from body dysmorphia and an eating disorder.
While the star was quite thin and felt “weak” at the time, she couldn’t help but think that she was “too big”.

The therapy that helped me was called EMDR, it works faster, so it was much cheaper. CBT did not work for me personally, ”she wrote.
Jameela went on to tell people that “If it doesn’t work for you, try EMDR. It’s free in some countries. I thank the brilliant” I Weigh “community for helping me heal. I love you. ❤️. “
