A Place In The Sun host Jasmine Harman has taken to social media to react to an image of herself alongside a couple wanting to start a life abroad. The Channel 4 presenter admitted that she felt shorter alongside the happy couple.
One of the very few house hunters on the show who has made me feel short!
45-year-old Jasmine, who has presented more episodes of the hit Channel 4 show than every other presenter on the series, updated fans on her Instagram page in view of her 75,900 followers about Thursday’s episode.
The mum-of-two had jetted to sunny Gran Canaria with Maggie and Alistar, as they hoped to start a new life abroad with a stunning holiday property.
However, Jasmine noticed one difference between herself and the couple, noting that she felt “short” standing next to Alistair, as the star stands at 5ft9.
The couple, who hoped to swap the chilling Scottish weather for warmer holidays on the Canary Islands were seen standing alongside Jasmine with the sprawling exotic landscape behind them.

“I wouldn’t actually say it was love at first sight, it was more of a slow burn. We met, became great friends and then we fell in love.
“Now we’ve got two children and a dog.”
The happy couple tied the knot in 2009, five years after she first appeared on the international show, and currently reside together in Surrey with their daughter, Joy, seven, and son Albie, five.
To celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary, Jasmine surprised Jon and participated in a photoshoot wearing her dress from the big day.
Taking to social media, she wrote: “Last week I did a top-secret shoot that even my husband didn’t know about! SURPRISE @jboasty_dop I’m back into my wedding dress!
“… Have I changed much in 10 years? Thank you @weddingphotojournalist for our beautiful original photos on the day!”
Elsewhere, Jasmine recently updated her followers on her mum, Vasoulla Harman’s “chronic hoarding” problems.
She bravely shared her experience in a BBC One documentary, My Hoarder Mum and Me, which was broadcast on the network over a decade ago.
Admitting that she is “proud” of the journey her mum has been on in recent years, Jasmine took to social media sharing a picture of her and Vasoulla enjoying what appears to be a glass of wine alongside the caption: “Love you, mum.”
She went on to add: “Mum is doing well. It is still a massive struggle to overcome the hoarding, but she is working on it and has so much more insight. I’m so proud of her.”
