I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star John Barrowman, 54, has pulled out of his pantomime performance amid “inappropriate behaviour” claims. It has been claimed that the star’s planned appearance to star in a pantomime performance in winter this year has been scrapped as it clashes with his upcoming tour dates.
I understand that upset may have been caused by my exuberant behaviour
The singer and TV presenter was due to star as villain The Wicked Queen in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Bristol Hippodrome this Christmas.
However, John’s representatives told The Daily Star that he had to pull out as the four-week show clashes with his UK tour dates due to conflicting schedules caused by the “knock-on effects” of coronavirus restrictions.
They said: “John’s concert tour has been rescheduled, owing to the knock-on effect of lockdowns.
“This means he has sadly had to withdraw from pantomime commitments this year. His tour will be announced later this month.”

The news comes as allegations of the Doctor Who actor acting “inappropriately” in the workplace resurface.
Days ago the star broke his silence to thank fans for their “support” amid reports that he has been “axed” from his judging role on Dancing On Ice.
Speaking on Instagram in view of his 1.5 million followers, the star spoke out after he was at the centre of claims of inappropriate behaviour on set during his time on Doctor Who.

The actor has previously apologised for “high-spirited behaviour and tomfoolery” following allegations he had exposed himself on the set of Doctor Who, where he played Captain Jack Harkness.
However, the actor also said he did not recall specific incidents.
Amid the allegations, it has been reported that John will not return to his seat on the Dancing On Ice judging panel, where he has appeared alongside Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean and Ashley Banjo since 2020.
The star’s video comes after a source told The Sun his position on Dancing On Ice could be at risk.
They claimed to the publication: “Ever since allegations against John came to light, discussions have been ongoing over his future on the panel of Dancing On Ice.
“But the feeling now is there is no way we can invite him back. ITV has shown they are prepared to act decisively when stars are accused of inappropriate behaviour.
“And it seems this situation will not be the exception to the rule.”
John has addressed the allegations against him, apologising in a public statement for what he called “tomfoolery” and “high-spirited behaviour”.
He added: “With the benefit of hindsight, I understand that upset may have been caused by my exuberant behaviour and I have apologised for this previously. Since my apology in November 2008, my understanding and behaviour have also changed.”
