This revelation was followed by a prediction from a fan regarding his future plans for getting more tattoos.

It all started with someone wondering, “What do you think about @ justinbieber’s new tattoo ?!”

In response, someone else suggested that “I feel he is about to cover his neck with tattoos”.

Who will he say, right? After all, Justin loves tattoos and has already covered a good part of his body!

Is his neck the next part of the body to be completely decorated? People will just have to wait and see!

It only happens a few days after he showed the rest of his tattoos.

At the time, Bieber was topless while he was at the pool with his wife, Hailey Baldwin, in Miami and exhibited body art as well as his impressive muscles.
