Recipient of four national awards, Kangana Ranaut is not just a brilliant performer but also a prolific filmmaker. Known for her phenomenal performances, Kangana bagged her fourth National Award, offering a testimony of her hard work and persistence.

Bollywood’s ‘Queen’ has beautifully crafted a niche for herself in the rich content-driven and commercial films. A self-made actor, Kangana has worked her way up through sheer talent and dedication, and she has been hailed for her scintillating screen presence.

Kangana is one of the most flawless actresses in the entertainment industry, and her impressive body of work proves the same. It won’t be wrong to call Kangana one of the busiest actresses in the current times, and her latest work schedule is proof.

The actress had undergone a major body transformation for her role as legendary politician J Jayalalithaa, in ‘Thalaivi’. Kangana then stepped into the shoes of Agent Agni, for her next project ‘Dhaakad’. In ‘Dhaakad’, Kangana will be seen in a badass action avatar, and has undergone vigorous training for her role as Agent Agni.

The ‘Panga’ fame actress is currently busy with the shooting of the upcoming film ‘Tejas’ in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. Kangana will be seen playing the role of an Indian Air Force (IAF) officer, who is a Sikh soldier named ‘Tejas Gill’.

Now on Sunday, Kangana took to her Twitter handle and shared a behind-the-scenes (BTS) picture from the sets of the movie. In the photograph we can see the crew and the team of ‘Tejas’ working in the scorching heat in the deserts of Rajasthan.

Kangana captioned the post as, “Action in almost 50 degrees When the survival instinct kicks in something tells me, I can’t do this but then something I don’t recognise says, eventually this body will be burnt in this same fire what you saving yourself for, give yourself to me, all of you. Ok then, take me”.

Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri retweeted Kangana’s post and wrote, “I think @KanganaTeam must get an award only for her relentless energy, working non-stop, doing amazing films after films, during the toughest Covid period. Imagine from Jayalalita to action to Air Force… a kind of life to die for. A lot of young actors must learn from her.”

Kangana replied to Vivek’s tweet and said, “I was an unwanted girl child, today I work with best and passionate filmmakers, artists and technicians. I love my work, not for money, not for fame. When best of the world look at me and say ‘only you can do it’ I know I may have been unwanted but I was needed. Much needed”.

Kangana had been sharing BTS videos as she gears up for the role of an IAF officer in the film. She had also earlier shared the snippets of herself wherein she can be seen undergoing Army training for ‘Tejas’.

‘Tejas’ is directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. The story revolves around a daring fighter pilot, played by Kangana.

On the work front, Kangana’s ‘Thalaivi’ will be releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and is directed by A L Vijay. The film is produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R Singh under their respective banners Vibri Media, Karma Media And Entertainment in association with Gothic Entertainment and Sprint films, and is set to release in cinemas on April 23rd.

While Kangana’s ‘Dhaakad’ which also stars Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta is helmed by Razneesh Ghai and is written by Chintan Gandhi and Rinish Ravindra. The action-thriller is produced by Sohel Maklai Productions and Asylum Films and co-produced by Qyuki Digital Media. It will be released in theatres on October 1, this year ie the Gandhi Jayanti weekend.
