Kenya Moore thought she had found the man of her dreams in Marc Daly. With her return to Real Housewives in Atlanta, she is open to trouble in paradise.
At this stage of the season, Kenya finds itself confiding to its friends its marital problems with Marc. It was several months before the announcement of the decision to disconnect their union.
During the RHOA episode on Sunday, Kenya will speak to a lawyer about what would happen to her property if she died.
She was asked if she had a trustee to which she replied, “Oh my god. If you name the wrong person, they can take everything. Yes, it makes me very nervous. “
She then reveals that Daly is not her proxy, which is usually the norm when you are married.
“I think it would be hard if it went against what he really thought should happen.”
When the lawyer goes on to say that it looks like Marc has his own assets, Moore burst into tears while explaining that in life things change.
This may have been a turning point for Kenya, as it indicates that the problems between her and Marc are more serious than she suggests.
At the confessional, it opens with the current situation.
“ You have spent so many years trying to find that person who is perfect for you and you want them to last forever, but it doesn’t always happen as you would expect, and the only thing I want doing is protecting my property for my daughter.
This seems to open up a bigger conversation which is previewed during several specials where the restaurateur says that if it takes everything, it will rebuild it.
The separated couple never signed a marriage contract.
