Kim Kardashian has uploaded new photos from her cover of 7Hollywood magazine but she may not be getting the answer she wanted. While Kim has her share of celebrity fans who always praise her photos and videos, she also has many people in the audience who choose not to hold back on how they feel – even when it’s critical negative. Although Kim looks beautiful in the photos, many people accused her of looking unrecognizable, of trying to be black and of darkening her skin so much that it looked like black. Some have compared the photos to African American beauties like Diahann Carroll and Diana Ross. Needless to say, there was a lot of lively debate and discussion in the comments section below Kim’s photo slideshow.
The Kardashians and Jenners are frequently accused of appropriating black culture and many have publicly accused many brothers and sisters of trying to be black. When the Kardashians or Jenners wiggle or braid their hair, they are sure to set off a storm of controversy.
The accusations of cultural appropriation or photoshopping until they seemed unrecognizable did not seem to bother the sisters much. Khloe Kardashian was recently accused of photographing her own face to the point that she was also unrecognizable.
One person left the following comment.
“Ummmmmmmmm, it’s growing!” Diana Ross, a lot?!? Some things done with admiration turn out to be really insulting and offensive. I feel blackish. “

Kim Kardashian-West makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic made Kim’s face and also shared photos on his official Instagram account. He said he only uses the KKW x Mario The Artist and Muse collection on Kim, but that hasn’t quieted the voices of those who think Kim is trying to be black.
Some have suggested that Kim could not have been satisfied with the way the photos were edited. What do you think of Kim Kardashian’s new photos? Do you think she looks unrecognizable? Do you think she looks like she is wearing a black face or trying to be black? What do you think?
