King Abdulaziz Square in Riyadh holds its 45th horse running party

Today, the forty-fifth race ceremony took place in King Abdulaziz Square in Riyadh, which consisted of in eleven races of several ranks and classifications for thoroughbreds and thoroughbred Arabian horses, in the presence of a large audience of equestrian sports enthusiasts, lovers of events, competitions, owners, instructors and riders.

The ceremony involved two main steps, the first was the tenth round dedicated to the two-year-old mares of the King Khalid Military College Cup, where the horse, owned by HRH Prince Saud bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, achieved victory, and the commander of the King Khalid Military College, Major General Saud Al Diab, crowned the stable royal prince of His Highness Saud bin Salman bin Abdulaziz with the cup.

In the last round, Horse Racing Club CEO, Eng. Marwan Al-Olayan, crowned King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz’s children’s stable after the voracious horse won the main race.

On the other hand, the Equestrian Club renews the invitation to participate to enjoy the side events and family activities next week for a period of three days, as the King Abdulaziz Square will see the establishment of several round, the most important of which are: the Challenge of the Riding Club and the Appreciation Award of the Club, and the two round intended to support the biennial auctions.
