Liverpool crush Arsenal by four and advance to second place in the English Premier League

Liverpool (England): Liverpool scored their sixth consecutive win in home in Premier League against Arsenal, defeating him 4-0 and qualifying on Saturday in second place. Sadio Mane came across in a splendid free-kick from Trent Alexander-Arnold and in the 39th minute he headed goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale. Ramsdale saved several dangerous chances, but was unable to thwart Diogo Jota when he penetrated in area and skillfully dribbled via and scored the second goal with a missed pass from the Nuno defender Arsenal Tavares. Mohamed Salah scored the third goal from close range after a Mane pass in the 73rd minute, before Takumi Minamino entered and scored the fourth goal in the 77th minute, taking advantage of an Alexander-Arnold ground pass. Arsenal showed little attacking glimpses, as coach Mikel Arteta got angry and quarreled with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp over a disagreement over a common ball, and each manager received a yellow card. A series of eight games for Arsenal ended without losses and the team remained in fifth place in championship with 20 points. Liverpool are second on 25 points, four points behind leaders Chelsea, who also beat Leicester City 3-0 today. (Reuters)
