Saul Gascon, the producer of Lords of the Fallen, the forthcoming action title will not feature a 4K option on either the PS5 or Xbox Series X/S.

Lords of the Fallen will showcase a performance mode exhibiting 1080p resolution, while a quality mode will feature an upscaled 1440p resolution.

The 1080p performance mode will deliver a smooth 60 frames-per-second performance. For those who prioritize quality over performance, the quality mode will run at a desirable rate that matches 30 FPS.

“Despite running at 60 frames per second, Lords of the Fallen boasts impressive visual quality,” elucidates Gascon.

We provide both performance and quality modes on both consoles. The performance mode runs at 60 frames per second and upscales to 1080p resolution, which is the industry standard. The quality mode upscales to 2K (1440P) and runs at 30 FPS.
