After being at the top of the charts in recent weeks with her Christmas classic “All I Want For Christmas Is You”, Mariah will be number one for another week – and that will officially make her the first artist of the story of having a number one song in four different decades.

For the third consecutive week, Mimi’s “All I Want for Christmas is You” tops the Billboard Hot 100, making her the first artist to reach the top of the charts in the 1990s, 2000s, 2010 and now 2020, like this week. card numbers will expire on January 4, 2020.
The song was originally released in 1994, and recently became Mariah’s 19th single after finally reaching the top of the Hot 100 25 years after its release. This allowed Mariah to wrest the crown as the solo artist with the largest number of singles in history. She also holds the record for most singles (10) for exceeding the charts for three weeks or more, although she is still two songs away from beating The Beatles, which has 20 numbers one in total.
The song’s historic week was made possible by a 33% increase in streaming, as the song recorded 72.2 million American streams for the week ending December 26. It also sold 17,000 digital copies and captured 30.9 million radio prints over the same period.
After Mariah, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Elton John, Madonna, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and Usher have all had digital songs in three different decades.
