Mbappé is attending Paris Saint-Germain training

Berlin: Kylian Mbappe attended Paris Saint-Germain training today, Wednesday, three days after the defeat of the French national team in the World Cup final (Qatar 2022). Mbappé scored three goals (a hat-trick) in last Sunday’s final against Argentina, becoming the second player in history to score a hat-trick in a World Cup final. But that was only enough for them to draw 3/3, as the French team lost the title on penalties, having lost 2/4, although Mbappé scored his shot. Mbappe currently holds the record for the most goals in the final matches of the World Cup, as he scored a goal in the final match of the 2018 World Cup, which was crowned by the French national team, and also won the Golden Boot award, beating his teammate Lionel Messi. Messi and Argentina are still celebrating winning the World Cup in Qatar this week, while Mbappe quickly returned to his duties at the club, after celebrating his 24th birthday on Tuesday. Saint-Germain, leaders of the French league, will return to competition next Wednesday when they face Strasbourg in the competition, in a bid to widen the five-point gap separating them from their closest rivals.
