Michael B. Jordan of Black Panther met with Warner Bros. about Superman
According to Variety, Michael B. Jordan (Creed, Black Panther) has alerted Warner Bros. to his vision for a Superman movie this year. But we should not expect to see him soon in the red chests.
Throughout the year, there were rumors that Jordan would take over the role vacated by Henry Cavill, with all the shock one could expect – both those who opposed the idea of bowing to Superman and those who did not be fed by corn type could expand the history of Clark Kent. Jordan eventually denied that he was racing to play the world’s first superhero, in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

He told Winfrey that he would be more interested in playing a slightly different character – Calvin Harris or Kalel, the Superman of Earth-23, who is a black man and also the president of the United States.
However, according to Variety, he had a meeting with Warner Bros., one of several names the studio was looking for in trying to find a successful Superman movie series.
“There were discussions with J.J. Abrams, whose Bad Robot company has recently completed a massive first-look deal with the studio, and Michael B. Jordan met with the Creed Star pitching warners earlier this year about a vision for the character.
The planning between Jordan and WB did not work out in the end. According to Variety sources, it is unlikely that we will see another Superman movie before 2023. In the meantime, Henry Cavill recently said to Men’s Health, “I have not given up the role.” I have to give a lot for Superman. ”
Even in the meantime, Superman is showing his own TV show that he is husband and dad on Warner Bros. TV, and actors from Smallville and Superman Returns are repeating their role in the Arroverse’s massive crisp crossover. At least on the small screen, Superman stories move forward. Warner Bros. could learn a thing or two from Warner Bros.
