Milan beat Fiorentina and strengthened their advantage in the Italian league

Rome: Milan consolidated their leadership in the Italian football league by beating their host, Fiorentina, 1-0 in the match which brought it together today, Sunday, in the thirty-fifth stage of the Italian football championship. In this round, Torino also beat Empoli 3/1, Juventus beat Venezia 2-1, Inter beat Udinese 2-1 and Roma drew 0-0 with Bologna. AC Milan owe this victory to Rafael Leao, who scored the only goal of the match in the 82nd minute, and AC Milan raised the score to 77 points in lead the standings, and Fiorentina’s draw stopped at 56 points in seventh place. In the second match, Torino overturns a goal against host Empoli, winning 3/1. Empoli advanced with a goal from Simon Zurkovsky in the 56th minute, before Andrea Belotti scored three goals (hat-trick) for Torino in the 78th and 87th minutes from a penalty and sixth of extra time. The match saw the expulsion of Valerio Ferri and Peter Stojanovic, Empoli players, in the 61st and 85th minutes. Torino raised the score to 47 points in tenth place, and Empoli’s balance stopped at 37 points in fourteenth place. In the third game, veteran defender Leonardo Bonucci led his team, Juventus, to a thrilling victory over his host, Venezia, 2-1. And the first half ends with Juventus in advantage with a goal from Bonucci in the seventh minute. Mattia Aramo drew for Venezia in the 71st minute, but after just five minutes Bonucci scored the winning goal for Juventus. The victory brought Juventus to 69 points in fourth place and Venezia’s balance sheet stopped at 22 points at the end, taking a new step towards relegation. In the fourth match, Inter defeated host Udinese 2-1. Inter goals were scored by Ivan Perisic and Lataro Martinez in the 12th and 39th minute, while Udinese’s goal was scored by Inacio Pussetto in the 72nd minute. Inter raised the score to 75 points in second place and Udinese’s balance stopped at 43 points in twelfth place. In the fifth game, Roma drew 0-0 with Bologna.
