Actress Ursula Corbero said in a recent interview with Collider that the series’ sudden success was reflected in the millions of followers she and the rest of the cast gained after the series premiere on the streaming platform.

Who Directed Money Heist (Season 5 )

Alex Pina

Alex Pina, a Spanish television producer, writer, series creator, and director, is best known for the crime drama La Casa de Papel Money Heist, which he created and produced. El embraced (The Pier), Los hombre de Paco (Paco’s Men) are some of the previous shows that have been aired. A Netflix co-production with The Crown team, Sky Rojo began filming in November 2019 and White Lines premiered on May 15, 2020. Among their “Top International Showrunners of 2019” was Pina.

While Money Heist’s storyline may be nearing its conclusion, it won’t arrive all at once. There will be two parts to Season 5 of Money Heist on Netflix, making the finale even more exciting. On September 3rd, the first five episodes of the first half will air. The final five episodes of Money Heist will be available on December 3rd. Alvaro Morte and his gang of robbers will have to leave, but not so soon.

What is The Money Heist  Plot?

The trailer for Part 5, Vol. 1 of Money Heist has given us a smell of what’s to come. In the opening scene, the Professor is in danger because Alicia Sierra, a former inspector, has discovered his secret hideout. As he has never been able to escape, the Professor now tells the others that this may be his last opportunity to speak with them. The robbers have been held captive in the Bank of Spain for more than 100 hours. With Lisbon’s help, they may have a shot at making it out of the country. The trailer shows her yelling, “We’re up against the ropes, but we’re not going to end up in a morgue.” Nevertheless, there is a reversal. When the army invades the bank, they’ll face an even more formidable adversary in the form of an even more powerful adversary.

For the first time in the series, lex Pina, creator and showrunner, revealed that this is the most brutal chapter yet. The band is also expected to break up at some point in the fifth and final installment.

Netflix has already released a trailer for the first portion of Money Heist’s final chapter, Volume 1, which is due out soon. The first volume of Part 5 Vol. 1 is expected to be extremely intense! Sierra (Najwa Nimiri), the police, and the vulnerable robbers in the Bank of Spain are all at risk once they are overpowered. The trailer has a lot of action-packed moments but also a lot of ambiguity about what will happen next.

The Professor


Alvaro Morte, a Spanish actor born in Algeciras on February 23, 1975, portrays the series’ eponymous character. In 1999, he gave up his job as an engineer to pursue his love of theatre. He taught Shakespearean literature at the University of Tampere in Finland.



The professor hires Tokyo as a thief to assist him in his robberies. On-screen, it is played by Ursula Corbero– a Spanish actress and model who was born on August 11, 1990 (and is now 32 years old) in Barcelona. In 2002, she made her debut on the Spanish television network.



Previous to his current role as a thief, Nairobi was the head of printing quality at Spain’s Royal Mint. By the time she was tortured and shot to death by the bank’s senior security officer, she had become an accomplice. Alba Fores, a Spanish actress who was born on October 27, 1986, portrays the role (age 34 years).



For many years, Berlin has been the second-hand gem thief of Professor Mortimer, who eventually sacrifices himself for the sake of his gang’s freedom. The actor and writer from Spain, Pedro Alonso, is shown stepping into the role of Berlin. Pedro was born in Vigo, Spain, on June 21, 1971, at the age of 50.



A teenager, Rio is the youngest thief in the group and is participating in the robbery. His illicit interest in computers and his career as a cyber-hacker captivated the professor. Even Tokyo has a hold on him. Miguel Herran, a Spanish actor who was born on April 25, 1996, portrays the role (age 25)



Paco Tous (born May 1, 1964) is a Spanish actor (age 57 years). His character, Moscow, was a career thief who’d spent most of his life behind bars. To help them get out of Royal Mint, the professor in the squad assigns him to construct a tunnel under the wall.



As a child, Denver was raised by a drug addict mother and an outlaw father. His mother abandoned him when he was a little boy. He developed a hooligan persona as a result of growing up without parental nurturing. Actor Jamie Lorente, who was born December 12, 1991, plays Denver in the film (age 29).



Serbian actor Darko Peric (44 years old) rose to prominence playing the part of Helsinki in the film The Queen of Katwe. A Yugoslav army soldier known as “teddy bear” in the series, Helsinki became a member of the gang after becoming a criminal over time.

Itziar Ituno – Raquel Murillo

Itizar Ituno (born June 18, 1974, in Basque Country) is a Spanish actress. A National Police Corps Inspector named Raquel Murillo appeared in the series. However, she was forced to quit when she failed to halt the theft at the Royal Mint and eventually joined the group for the Bank of Spain heist.

Esther Acebo – Monica Gaztambide

Actress Monica Gaztambide (born January 19, 1983) is a 38-year-old Spanish actress (Stockholm). As a secretary at the Royal Mint, she was previously featured in the series. Because of her passion for Denver, she became a member of the gang.

Enrique Arce – Arturo Roman

He was born on October 8th, 1972 in Madrid, Spain, and is a well-known actor in the country’s cinema (age 48 years). Before the heist, he was the Royal Mint of Spain’s general director. So that he could exact revenge on Stockholm and Denver, his motto was to dissuade the robbers.

He was born on April 18, 1976, in Buenos Aires (age 45 years). At first, the heist was planned by Palermo and Berlin, but Palermo was overtaken by Tokyo as the heist moved forward.
