Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports, Ashraf Sobhi, approved the administrative court ruling to return Mortada Mansour as president of the Zamalek Club, starting today, Monday.
The Ministry of Youth and Sport issued today, Monday, an official statement, accompanied by a copy of the decision, in which states that the ministry, in in compliance with the ruling issued in favor of Mortada Mansour, he decided to return the elected council and cancel his previous decision to freeze the council.
Yesterday the committee formed for the management of Zamalek led by Hussein Labib resigned in view of the upcoming elections of club, which should be convened within a few days, given that tomorrow, Tuesday, the mandate of the electoral council of Mortada Mansour expires. .
Hussein Labib announced his intention to stand for election in the next Zamalek elections with a list that includes elements of the committee formed to manage the club and some other symbols of Zamalek.
It is assumed that Mortada Mansour will leave the White Castle tomorrow, Tuesday, with the end of her electoral term, and the formation of a committee to manage the elections.
