Two people familiar with the matter told Reuters that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has in plans to visit China in April at the earliest and is seeking a meeting with Premier Li Keqiang.
Neither Tesla nor China’s State Council Information Bureau responded to a request for comment.

China is Tesla’s second largest market after the United States. The Tesla factory in Shanghai is the largest production center of the famous manufacturer auto electric.
Musk’s visit in China will be the first since the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic and since President Xi Jinping won a third presidential term.
