Twin brothers Billy and Joe Smith, former stars of My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, died on Saturday December 28 after an apparent suicide. Their bodies were found hanging from a tree in their hometown of Sevenoaks, England.

Billy and Joe were 32 years old and part of the British gypsy culture known as English or Romanic travelers. They appeared on My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding in season 3 when they were both 24 and discussed their lifestyle, as well as their plans for one day settling in, getting married and starting their own. family.
