This was followed by the continuation of the activities of the official seminar on the reform process of the military institution, with a session on the reform of the armed forces, whose speech was presented by Major General Diaa Al-Din Ahmed Al-Awad, followed by Lieutenant General Hatem Al-Sir Al-Dasouki, the retirement of Lieutenant General Kamal Abdullah Adam, Brigadier General Mudassir Ibrahim and Marine Colonel Ali Tabeeq and the session was moderated by team retirement of Rabih Suleiman.

In the third session, the Rapid Support Forces presented their vision of the reform process, presented by Brigadier General Omar Hamdan, followed by Major General Muhammad Ur Nasser, and the session was moderated by Major General Othman Muhammad Hamed.

During its session, the seminar discussed the issues of reforming the military and security system, leading to the existence of a single professional and national army, provisions in security matters and the reform of the police and intelligence services.
