The screenplay for ‘In Love and Deep Water’ is written by Yuji Sakamoto, while the direction is helmed by Yusuke Taki. Takatsugu Muramatsu is in charge of the music composition, and Sohei Tanikawa handles the cinematography. Synopsis of ‘In Love and Deep Water’
Suguru, a dedicated butler on a luxurious cruise ship, has his life turned upside down when he meets Chizuru, a woman who claims that their respective partners are on the brink of infidelity. Chizuru persuades Suguru to halt the cruise and return to Japan to prevent their partners from cheating. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when they, along with five other passengers, discover a dead body floating in the rooftop pool one night. Curiously, everyone except Suguru feigns ignorance. As they try to unravel the mystery, Suguru and Chizuru find themselves drawn closer together.
