Skull Island Plot
The story is about a group of eager explorers who lose their ship and end up on a deserted island called “Skull Island.” When they get there, they find the island full of strange animals and people who don’t like that they are still alive.
Annie, a member of the group, is taken by someone. Charlie, the anime’s main character, and the rest of the group set out to find Annie. No matter how hard they try, it seems like nothing can leave the island because the sea is full of monsters like the Kraken, which is seen tearing apart a helicopter that was supposed to help the explorers. So, how will the group get back home, or better yet, how will they get to safety?

The series feels like a retelling of the 2017 movie Kong: Skull Island. Many creatures try to catch the new explorers, but Kong saves them. Even though the teaser didn’t say so directly, it’s safe to assume that Kong is friendly based on how things work in MonsterVerse.
