New Procedure Announced by Egypt to Address Poultry Crisis

Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly said that the main problem with poultry production is the issue of feed and the provision of sufficient quantities, and there are signs of improvement with the release of goods from ports and the supply of quantity to the market.

Madbouli added during statements at a press conference following today’s government meeting: “But in the period leading up to this, farms stopped production and so we have a time gap that needs to be covered and when we resort to imports for a period in order to to ensure the production wheel for fattening farms and cycle operation, and we provide feed at reasonable prices for producers to get Citizen on Poultry at reasonable prices.

Dr. Mostafa Madbouli, Prime Minister, said: “The most important thing that financial institutions in Egypt are looking at is that the budget reaches an initial surplus, which means that if revenues exceed expenses, then you are right. way, and we as a state have been striving to achieve this over the past 4 years.

Madbouli added during a press conference following today’s government meeting on Wednesday: “We achieved an initial surplus of £34bn from July 2022 to January 2023, compared to £15.4bn last year.”
