NFL 2020 playoff bracket: Full schedule, TV channels, AFC & NFC game standings

The NFL’s 2020 playoffs ended after the 49ers beat the Seahawks in Sunday Football on Week 17 to close out the regular season. Now that seeding in the AFC and NFC is set, the league will soon release its playoff program in 2020, from the wild-card round through Super Bowl 54 in Miami.

Starting Saturday, January 4, a total of 11 playoff games will narrow the field of play from 12 candidates to one champion, who will be crowned on Sunday, February 2nd.

As in the regular season, the NFL’s national playoffs are split between CBS, Fox, NBC and ESPN. As part of a spin, Fox will broadcast the Super Bowl from Miami this year.

When will the NFL play-offs begin in 2020?

  • Start date: Saturday, January 4
  • Expiration date: Sunday, February 2

With the exception of the AFC (Ravens, Chiefs) and NFC (49ers, Packers) who have won the first round of the playoffs, the teams only have one week to prepare for the postseason. just six days for teams scheduled to play their wild card games on Saturday, January 4, when the playoffs begin.

The NFL playoffs will last five weeks, with rounds of contests, divisions and conference championships scheduled for successive weeks. There are two weeks between conference championship games and Super Bowl 54 in Miami, with the Pro Bowl filling the void in the NFL schedule.

TV channels, live streams for NFL playoffs

Starting with the wild card round, NFL playoffs each week will air nationally on NBC, CBS, Fox and ESPN. The four networks each get one game in the first two rounds of the postseason. CBS has exclusive broadcasting rights to the AFC Championship, while Fox will present the NFC Championship. Fox also hosts the Super Bowl 54.
