Oil prices rise for the second day in a row

Oil prices rose today, Tuesday, for the second day in a row amid growing concerns about a shortage of supplies in light of the conditions associated with Ukraine, meaning that fears about supplies have eclipsed fears of a recession.

By 09:50 Moscow time, futures for US West Texas Intermediate oil rose 1.66% to $98.31 per barrel.

Meanwhile, according to the Bloomberg website, futures for Brent crude rose 1.81% to $107.05 a barrel.
